What it watches
Water in the bilge and how often the pump runs, battery level, shore power and cabin temperature. A small unit aboard reports over the cell network; we don't touch your pump or your AC wiring.
Who gets the alert: you
Every alert goes straight to your phone, automatically. We're copied so we can help, but we never sit between your boat and you. If the unit stops checking in, you're told that too.
Dock Watch is an alert service, not a guarantee. Keep your bilge pump, your float switch and your marina's checks.

The card processor charges its own fee, typically 2.9% + 30¢ per payment, taken from each payment like a card machine on the counter. Prices don't include Texas sales tax, where it applies.

Straight answers.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, website hosting and payment account are set up in your name, so if you ever leave, your site and your payments stay with you.
What does "AI-run operations" actually mean?
Our AI operations system does the repetitive work: drafting replies, sending reminders and writing your monthly report. Anything that goes to a customer waits for your approval unless you tell us otherwise.
Will AI make up reviews, photos or posts?
No. We only use your real photos, real footage and real customer reviews, with permission. We never generate fake people, places or testimonials.
How long does a website take?
A Found site usually takes 1–2 weeks from a yes. Booking sites take longer, because we test every payment path with you.
Where do Front Desk texts come from?
From your business text line: a number we set up for texting under your business name. Every text says who it's from, and anyone can reply STOP at any time. We only text people who contacted you or did a job with you, never a bought list.
Who gets a Dock Watch alert?
You do, directly and automatically, the moment something trips. We're copied so we can help, but your alert never waits on us. If the unit itself stops checking in, you're told that too.
Can I sign up for Dock Watch now?
We're piloting it this winter on Lake Conroe. Tell us about your boat and where it's docked, and we'll be in touch when there's a spot.

Hefty Industries is run by Thomas Hefty of Montgomery County. He spent his career in industrial electrical controls and automation for the energy industry, then built the system behind The Nauti Yachti. You deal with Thomas, not a call center.
